Residential Interior & Exterior Fit-out
Reywood supplied and installed kisi-kisi fence panels, wall cladding, ceiling, a solid wood pivot door, solid wood strip flooring throughout the interior, and hardwood decking across the outdoor areas of this private residence.
Kisi-kisi, solid wood flooring, outdoor decking, and custom millwork across the full residence.
A corner of the home where the slatted wood panels wrap across two walls and carry up onto the ceiling. The spacing is the same on all three surfaces, and the hardwood deck below is part of the same job. Getting this kind of consistency takes careful planning before anything goes up.
The slatted wood fence runs the full length of the property. Each strip is solid hardwood, mounted on a steel frame and finished for outdoor use. The sliding gate is built into the same system, matching the look and spacing of the fence on both sides.
The front entry has a full-height solid hardwood pivot door, finished in our workshop before installation. Slatted wood columns frame both sides, carrying the same design from the exterior fence through to the entrance. The dark solid wood flooring through the entry is also our work.
The main living area has dark solid hardwood flooring throughout. Wide boards are laid in a straight pattern with a consistent finish across the whole floor. The slatted wood wall panels on the right are also our work, matching the exterior fence in wood type and finish.
A close-up of the interior wood panel. The strips run from floor to ceiling with even spacing throughout, and the whole panel was assembled before being fitted on site. The dark hardwood flooring below is the same wood used throughout the rest of the home.

Hardwood deck boards laid around the koi pond, forming the main outdoor walkway through the property. The boards are spaced to allow water to drain and chosen for their durability outdoors. Wood this close to water needs the right species and a solid base to stay in shape long term.
Hardwood decking running along the full exterior of the home, beside the glass wall of the main living area. The boards run parallel to the building with even spacing. A second walkway connects across to the garden using the same wood and construction.
