We work mainly with Indonesian hardwoods: Ulin (ironwood), Merbau, Bengkirai, teak, and Sungkai. They offer durability, attractive grain, and good resistance to weather and termites. We’re happy to recommend the best option for your project during a consultation.
Production typically takes 1.5–2 months, though the overall timeline can vary. Factors that affect it include the complexity of the design, quantity ordered, how quickly decisions and approvals are confirmed on the client’s side, the payment schedule, and whether the project involves coordination with other trades such as electrical or plumbing. We provide a clear timeline with every quote and keep you updated throughout.
Yes. All our work comes with a 1-year warranty. This covers defects in workmanship, materials, and installations on our end. It does not cover damage caused by the client, such as water damage, improper maintenance, or misuse.
Yes. We often work with designers and architects, or directly with homeowners. Send us drawings, sketches, or reference photos and we’ll build to match.
